Relining involves installing a durable lining that bonds to the inside of the existing pipe, creating a “pipe within a pipe” to restore structural integrity and support water flow. For targeted repairs, patch lining provides a quick and effective fix. Our team can reline pipes from 100mm up to 1.5-metre culverts, or use patch liners for pipes with diameters as small as 60mm. The process begins with a detailed CCTV survey, allowing us to identify damaged or compromised sections within your drainage system. This inspection gives us a clear view of the cracks, leaks, or areas requiring reinforcement, ensuring precise and targeted repairs.
Once the issues are located, we proceed with either a full-length liner or a smaller patch, depending on the extent of the damage. Using a resin-based liner, we insert it into the affected section, where it expands and adheres to the pipe’s interior. This liner then hardens, creating a smooth, durable layer that effectively seals any leaks and prevents further deterioration. For smaller areas, our patch repair technique focuses specifically on isolated damage, offering a quick, efficient fix without needing extensive work.
This no-dig method means minimal disruption, preserving your property while maintaining the efficiency of your drainage installation. After the repair, we conduct a final CCTV inspection to ensure everything is sealed and secure.
